Bloco Z criando um sistema financeiro sustentável (Part.1)

[...] Ok, essa semana eu percebi algo, o Tiktok para atrair usuários chega até oferecer dinheiro se o usuário conseguir alguém para abaixar o app no celular, ok, não sei as intenções, mais é interessante. Então eu pensei;

E se as pessoas gerassem Dinheiro com Bloco Z, ou Cupons de Descontos em lojas e restaurante, ou em Comida de até100%, um exemplo, você gera $Z10 4,00  e cada $Z10 vale R$2, então você tem R$8.[...]

Seguindo esse raciocínio, as pessoas criarão seu dinheiro, mais eu quero da contorno monetária nisso tudo, eu quero que seja algo que os próprios usuários possam manter o sistema, um ajudando o outro.

Mais se eu definir cada $Z10 como R$1 eu pagarei por cada  criação da moeda a quantia de R$1, mais como transforma em algo retornável e rentável? porque as pessoas de imediato vão querer sacar suas moedas depois da criação.
